Live team map awareness

Everything on the live team map

Field teams share one map while they are on duty. Dispatch sees the same units, alerts, and places as the people on the street. Members join free with a join code. It works in the browser on desktop and phone.

On the map

  • Live units

Each unit's location is on the shared map while they are on duty. A unit can be marked In Service, Busy, or Out of Service.

  • Alerts

Drop an alert when an incident happens. Units approaching later get geofence-style awareness and a flashing Alert chip. Photos can sit on the alert.

  • Points of interest

Lasting places on the map, with photos, notes, and directions.

  • Planned Routes

Ordered stops. Check in or skip, with GPS auto check-in inside the stop radius.

  • Assist and SOS

One tap notifies the team in chat and flashes an icon at your location. This is a team signal, not a call to 9-1-1.

  • Team chat

The whole shift in one thread.

  • New staff

Bring new staff up to date on past incident locations and details, and keep adding to that record together.

  • Generate Activity Reports

Team Leaders filter check-ins, alerts and points of interest by date, area and unit, then download a PDF.

Industries

Private Security, By-law & Parking Enforcement and Towing & Mobile Fleets use this map. Each page shows how those teams apply it.
