Live team map awareness
Private Security, By-law & Parking Enforcement
Private security patrols and by-law or parking officers run the shift on one map.
Live team map
On-duty units show together, at the desk or on a phone.
Alerts
Pin what just happened on a site or a street for the next officer.
Points of interest
Gates, doors, and problem addresses stay up, with notes and photos.
Planned Routes
Check in along the stops a patrol or a beat already covers.
Assist and SOS
One tap notifies the shift in chat and on the map. This is a team signal, not a call to 9-1-1.
Activity reports
Team Leaders download a PDF of that shift's check-ins, alerts, and places.
Crews that move between calls can read Towing & Mobile Fleets.
